Bizarre isn't it? I hate rap, yet my favorite song is currently a rap song.

And all my opinions are facts, dammit.

I generally like driving to death metal, anything really heavy and really nasty.

I think it's silly to insult other peoples musical tastes, seeing as now a days the lines are so thin you can barely tell where one genre ends and another begins, you got rappers doing songs with country artists, doing songs with punk bands doing songs with rock bands and everything in between. People, especially bands, draw inspiration from all sorts of genres when they go to make something different, and new. And really, what makes a good song a good song? It has nothing to do with stereotypes or where people are from, rather than how people interpret the music into their lives...

Listen to what you want, when you want, as loud or softly as you want, and forget what everybody else has to say about it, and remember they have the right to feel that way about your tastes as well ^^

It depends on who I'm with and my mood. If I'm by myself I'll listen to the Cranberries - fav. song is Zombie - or if me and the boys are driving someplace, I'll throw in some techno, trance, etc. Something with a fast beat to go with the driving style. The faster the beat, the faster I go.

I'm putting together a road trip CD as I have half a dozen 500+ mile drives I'm going to be doing this summer. Keep it coming guys!

Sirc, you got me curious about Miyavi. I've got a couple songs downloading at home now.

Miyavi has some badass rock songs.

Find "Are you ready to Rock" -Miyavi. It's the oddest mix of acoustic guitar and crazy metal death voice singing I've ever heard.

I'll cruise to anything with a phat bass line. Some of my current favorites are:
Beastie Boys - Paul Revere
Beastie Boys - Brass Monkey
LCD Soundsystem - Daft Punk Is Playing At My House
Daft Punk - Da Funk
Gorillaz - DARE
Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood
NWA - Express Yourself
Craig Mac - Flava In Ya Ear
MC Hawking - All My Shootin's Be Drivebys
etc...

I love having an in dash MP3 player, all of my favorite tunes fit easily on a single disc.

it's an old song but it will always live on forever... But I love cruising to

2pac - California Love!

yea, I tend to speed like crazy when I listen to trance/dance/house. hahhaa, I guess it's just the upbeat tempo that's got me puttin' the petal to the metal.

Nice weather cruising demands AFI.
I also like to cruise to System of a Down cuz their music is fast and keeps you pumped.

Rap < All
Techno < Rap

PS: The above is my opinion, flames will be ignored.
