Tools and Machines awesome torque wrench

TECH3FR250, Torque Wrench, Electronic, TECHWRENCH, Flex Ratchet, 25 to 250 ft. lbs., 1/2" drive

has anyone else used one of these, my school has one and theyre freaking sweet

they're about as good as everyone elses, but twice the price.. i cant imagine id ever buy one for any reason. my $300 snapon beam type clicker, while accurate, is a pretty poor quality tool.

they have the same realistic range as normal torque wrenches, they just vibrate instead of click.. kinda cheesy imo.. not to mention you could buy FOUR sk torque wrenches for the price.

Maybe I'm a luddite, but I like things mechanical.
Maybe because I can't fix electronic sheet.
Too much electronic sheet in everything nowadays.

I prefer my mechanical one to. I have this one: BRUTUS3R250D, Torque Wrench, Adj. Click Type, U.S., Fixed Ratchet, 50-250 ft. lb., 1/2" drive

that one is the same price as most of the snap on click types

beams are more accurate and dont have to be reset to zero. they'll last a bit longer too. mine basically stays at 80 ft/lbs.. they're the step up from standard clickers. i expected more from it, ive had to send it back for warranty repairs twice, havent even had it a year.

i really wouldnt recommend any snapon torque wrenches.. an SK/facom or gearwrench/KD/matco wrench can be had for 100 bucks, same or better accuracy too.

my inch lbs took a poo, ill probably replace it with SK (because im an SK nazi

i have this one hasnt bent or anything and is comfortable in your hand even though its pricey but i love snap-on so
