So I need another MR2 for a visual aid...

I'm wrapping up my top end rebuild and was trying to find another MR2 owner who could just back-in in front of my garage for about an hour, maybe even lend a hand getting the final connections done. Everything is sealed up, I'm going to be setting the timing tonight then moving to the hoses and electrical from there.

Anybody??

The car is in lawrenceville...

...we lost a camshaft pulley pin last night while trying to get the timing belt on. The new one is supposed to be here Thursday morning. Anytime after Thursday, I'm wide open as to working with someone elses schedule.

I live in Loganville so we should be able to work something out. I have to figure out what is up with my car now. I drove it to the gym yesterday and the battery was dead when I got done working out. If it is just the battery then once I get it replaced we can arrange a time where I can drop by.

Been doing good Rich, moved from around to corner to downtown Lawrenceville.

What happened to your black car, I hope it is your choice that its gone!??? I've been out of it all for awhile but I've got big hopes and dreams for the widebody still, just trying to get this motor strong and reliable.

whats up chuck? im glad you decided to stick with the 2. I was kind of out of it for a while too but im finally getting the ball rolling. Ive got the motor ready to be dropped out of the blue car but it might be a while before i drop it in the new one. Im gonna take some time to clean it all up and install all the new goodies ive gotten. I have a lot of free time lately so let me know if you need a hand with anything. Lawrenceville isnt too far from me.

nah, no hoist, i did my head gasket at the same time so i pulled mine out in pieces...

nah, it shattered in the wreck. It was sitting in the frunk at the tow lot but when they brought the car to me they must have left it behind.
