Need help going to augusta,ga

I'm coming form Charleston,SC and going to Augusta,Ga to pick up some parts from another MR2 owner and was needing a place we could both locate easy He's coming from around Macon Ga and like myself do not know the area .
Any help would be appreciated

I believe there are some hotels on the washingon rd exit 199 maybe?
