I'm new to the forums and I'd like to know something
Hi everyone in GA my name is Danial and I'm going to be buying a Toyota MR2 hopefully by this Wednesday/Thursday and I was just wondering how exactly would I purchase the car do I have to sign a bill of sale and get it notarized or is there anything else necessary, do I have to get the title papers notarized? Because my father says that I have to but some people have told me that they didn't have to if anyone could please elaborate on this issue for me I would greatly appreciate it.

welcome and congrats on you soon to be purchase
1 make your sig smaller next when you buy a car the owner will sign over the title to you he will put in the sale price and the millage then sign and date it all you have to do after that is take it to a dmv and pay all your fees and have it switched over |
