I have 2000+ celica seats in my car, but it took extensive modification to put them in.

celica gts seats

Bryan C from dallas put some celica gts seats in his mk2, but he had to weld the bracket from the mk2 onto the celicas bracket and then put the foam seat back on. Not sure if he's fixed it but for awhile they were leaning towards the doors on either side...Looked like a hooker spreading her legs

Personally I love 90-93 Celica seats, but I've heard theyre too wide.

How easily do the S2K seats bolt in to our cars? A friend of mine has a turbo S2K and I really like his seats, if I could find a set and they are easily installed that would be great, I have a nice tear in the driver side that probably needs a cover.

I put the 7th gen. Celica seats in one of my previous cars. Here they are. It took a lot of fabbing to make them fit though.

Really ?
I've driven many 7th gen Celicas for more than an hour or 2 at a time...
The seats look great- but I think they're absolute trash. I sat in MR2 Spyder seats and was equally unimpressed, but I can't say for sure, I haven't spent as much time in them.

That's the same seats I have, but in leather. I LOVE them! They are very comfy, and keep me planted. I've diven about 2-3 hours in them with no more back fatigue than any other car I've driven in... But I might be a tough ******* when it comes to that. I have to drive Ford e-150 vans to georgia and back sometimes for work. 7 hours in a cheap van will toughen up your back I guess.

My wife had a 7th gen celica and I really liked those seats, they seemed to do really well. I would love to have those, but alas I don't want to do tons of fabbing just for some seats. I am also not ready to shell out huge amounts of $$ for an adjustable racing seat. The darn tear in the driver side is motivating me to do something though. Does anyone know if the GT Covers come in anything that isn't leather or like leather, cause I love the cloth seats.

I loved em. I didn't drive for that long, but just enough to wish I had the seats instead of mine.

anyone has the write up on s2000 seats fitting in mr2s?

and for those celica seats did you have to make custom brackets for those or they'll just fit right in?

You may also want to look at the seats out of the VW GTI. 1983-1987 GIT seats were made by Recaro and I put them in a 86 MR2 with minimal modifacation.
Sorry I didn't get any pictures.
