Custom machining

We can do quite a lot with our in house CNC mill besides machining our own adapters for our turbo kits, and custom flanges whenever necessary. Here's an example of something we played with Sunday night:

Absolutely. We can put most anything on it and it would fall under the "custom machining" category of what we can offer our customers.

When I say "most anything", I think we would have a problem using someone else's trademarked logo.

It's a 3 axis CNC vertical mill based on a Bridgeport style milling machine.

That is SO COOL! Nice, Kris!! I'm putting together EMSes for V6 swaps. Would you be willing to do an EMS mount that would use the stock ECU mount holes?

Sort of like a "Steal Me Sticker" for the valve cover! LOL.

Sure, I would just need the specifics of what you were looking to accomplish. A drawing would be even better, but I can generate one if you need it.

I would need to take measurements and crank out a little dwg file. Let me stick some feelers out there and see what interest there is in something like this.

That valve cover looks really good, roughly how much would it be to get one machined?

I draw the letters in a CAD program, then create the tool paths in a CAM program, then generate Gcode via a post processor specific for my machine.

We could do personalized valve covers no problem -- other parts too (intake manifold, hot pipe, etc.). There would be some cost to program, setup, and machine the parts separate from any polishing charge. It would likely cost $200-400 US depending on how much of the prep you wanted us to do (polishing, or powder coating, etc.).
