The downpipe gasket is a simple 3-bolt universal gasket. Percy gaskets are found at any of your local autoparts stores, the flex pipe to muffler section gasket varies between 2-bolt and 3-bolt gaskets depending on exhaust, also found at a number of autoparts stores.

We can provide you with just about any gasket you might need for just about any exhaust. We have switched from Percy's recently to Remflex gaskets in our shipped items. Typical cost per gasket is about $8 each for one of these gaskets from us.

I just looked over Remflex's website, curious to see what it was all about and what made them better than Percy's gaskets. For anyone looking for a quick read, here you go.
http://www.remflex.com/exclusive_features.htm From the looks of it, it's a neat product. |

The main reason we switched was the heat capacity of the graphite gaskets made by remflex versus the aluminum gaskets made by percy's. Over time (a year or 2) I noticed the percy's distorting at the exit of the downpipe to reduce the effectiveness of the seal it was making. The carbon graphite gaskets made by remflex should be good to over 2000degrees. I've tried percy's at the turbine exits on some turbos and they'd melt/distort very quickly in those appications. Of course aluminum melts at about 1300degrees so it was somewhat logical. In most applications (non-turbo or away from the turbo), the percy's would be better at being reused than the remflex which can come apart a little bit when being removed and reinstalled.
