TKO Exhaust System

I've had this exhaust for 2 years now. I am exceedingly happy with it. Performance wise, this exhaust can support almost anything you throw at it. The main reason of purchasing an exhaust is the sound and the look, really. If you are just worried about performance then just weld on a crude piece of pipe.

With my car; the sound is a muffled humm. Nice and deep before shifting rpm's. I have a stock setup: including the cat and intake. No mods to speak of except the TKO exhaust. I have had a few comments regarding the "V shape look" and the fact that it is "Dual Exhaust". The one that sticks out is from an older gentlemen that commented that the car had a "nice hum" as it approached.

Disregard "other people's" opinions, and just mine. I paid about 600$ for exhaust. I am extremely happy with the sound and appearance on a stock MR2 turbo.

same here with the 2.5" 7" mufflers for $700 shipped to my house. It has a nice growl to it, sort of like a wrx with an exhaust but quieter, then the hks ssqv compliments it nicely after shifting.

Looks great, sounds great performs great!

I also run a TKO on my car. I've made probaly 6 or 7 different exhausts for myself and my favorite so far is the TKO with 6" mufflers (and 4 tips).

Here is the 4 tip exhaust:

This isn't a TKO, but the 4 tips are similar.

Can I ask a dumb question?

I have a 1993 FWD Corolla with the 1.8L EFI engine. My exhaust system has seen its better days and will need to be replaced. Is there a good quality exhaust system that is not a cheap mass market aftermarket product?

Should I buy them OEM stuff from the dealership? I'm not looking for preformance or style; just something to keep my beater from sounding like some ghetto ricer.
