New Products

So can we get a hint to what KO Racing will be coming out within the next few months as far as products?

I can't speak for other people, but i'd personally like to see an exhaust manifold.

I'd really like to see some stuff for mk1s. I've got a prototype T3 turbo manifold and downpipe, and I'm getting ready to fab up some intake, but I know that a lot of people say they are "interested" in one. I would much rather have an individual runner design like the Rally2 I have (he no longer makes them, and sounds like he has no desire to) in a heavy gauge pipe (even stainless) than the thin stainless pieces that are currently being made. I don't think anyone even makes a T3 manifold now, only a T2x which is not my first choice for a turbo anyway. I've done a lot of research, and planning, and I'm going to be doing a lot more testing and work with this. Since I'm nearby, I'd love to talk with you about it, if you're interested. I'd also love to see a TKO type exhaust for the MK1 since I really miss my old dual outlet setup. I don't really think there's much of a market for NA mk1 products, excluding either car back, or b-pipe back exhausts, but I know the turbo setup is something I've been asked if I will make by many people so I know there will at least be a couple buyers.

Intakes is a good idea, for the mk1's, 5sfe's, and Spyders.

Phoenix,
If we were to give a hint, then we would have all these people trying to guess what the products are going to be.. I don't want to put people through that, do you?

CpuZapper,

Yes, we know people would like to see products made for the mk1s. Maybe now that Kris is working here full time and has more time it might just happen..

I know this isn't a "wish list", but there's a market out there for one type of exhaust that NOBODY makes products for!

I personally would love to see something that has twin cats in parallel with a twin exhaust. Something like this would be great. I realize the cats will drive up the cost. I, for one, would HAPPILY pay it.

I am glad we are here also. There is just something different about this board. It's just refreshing to be able to post, and not have someone bash what you are saying..

Hi Lilly, Hi Loki,

I checked the resonanz for your KO Racing Engine Lid Fan Shroud in our german board

I think it's possible to find 5 guys, maybe more, for a group buy

will you give a group buy discount

fit it on every hood - turbo hood, cartech 355 hood, normal 3S-GE hood ...

here the link to my post in our german forum http://www.mr2forum.de/thread.php?threadid=25239

it's the greatest forum for the mr2 in Germany, even a further market for you

if you want to answer yourself in the german forum, here a little help for the registration - by the way, we all speak english. Very worse but we understand, speak and write it

to register use --> http://www.mr2forum.de/register.php

- push the Akzeptieren Button

you have to fill in

- Benutzername (username)
- Email Adresse (email address)
- Passwort (password)
- Passwort wiederholen (repeat password)
- Sicherheitsmaßnahme (safeguard) fill in the letters, numbers
- MR2 Typ (type of MR2)

thats the complete required data

the rest is optional

push the "Registrieren" button at the end of the page

now a mail is send to the indicated email address, activate the link in the mail and the registration is done

Kris signed up today, thanks for that information. I sent you an email with some information on the group buy for 5 people.

As for fitting the 3s-ge if they are made out of fiberglass and its removable, Kris thinks it should fit. Not sure on the cartech 355, got any pictures of that one?

Thanks
