The total price depends on what you choose to purchase. Different parts have different prices. Please choose the parts you would like and then simply add the figures up with any calculator. The result is your total.

I'm not trying to be rude here...

It was mentioned in hear that someone liked the 91-93 light pattern better than the 94-95 tails parttern because all 4 lights come on with parking lamps and all 4 while braking. Is that not the case with the 94-95? I realized I've never actually paid attention enough to remember. I know there are 4 red tailslamps still. Don't all 4 light up when u turn the lights on and break?

Sorry for the stupid question, but I'm new to MR2's, lol. I want to figure this out before I spend $480 on a taillight swap (I added the cost up ont he parts I'd need from the first post). I asked this question in another thread, but maybe I should have asking it in here...is it possible to buy a cylinder lock that matches the keys you already have (or possible to have it re-keyed to match) so I wouldn't have to have 2 keys? Just curious, it's not a big deal.

Thanks

With the stock setup on the 94s, the outer 2 lights are on with the parking lights, and all 4 are on when braking. I modified mine to all 4/all 4 parking and braking.

Could you send me the details on how you did this? I'd like to do that also.

sorry to bring this back from the dead but i still fail to have reverse lights and the appropriately sized lock cylinder after my conversion and was wondering some of the same things not answered here. ncturnal, how did you convert the stock lighting arrangement to the 4parking/4breaking set up? i think that would be nice. also like asked above how does a new lock cylinder work, different set of keys?

does anybody have a 94'/95' lock cylinder or reverse light set up for sale?

You can't buy them matching your car, but you can have the new one re-keyed by a locksmith to match your existing locks.

You do realize that this is my vendor forum, right? Meaning the point of this subforum is that people can ask about new parts that I sell. If you missed them, prices on the parts you asked about are right in the first post in this thread. If you prefer to look for used parts, there's another subforum for that...but please don't do it in my store.

I bet the answer to your wiring question is out there in another thread as well, somewhere in the MkII section.

Would you be able to get the JDM ambers for the 91-93s? Last I heard, they were different PN and not interchangeable with the 94+

I don't use PMs, but I'll email me you as well.

81550-17110 - $98.69 - Lamp assy, RH
75471-17110-B0 - $9.05 - MR2 Emblem, gray
UPS Ground - $10.74 - Shipping

You might prefer the other color emblem, but it is the same price either way. I think SMG cars did get a darker color emblem.

EDIT: Email failed. Maybe you have a new email address - the AIM addy did not work.

Aaron, where there only 2 colors of MR2 emblems for the 94+ tails? Do you have any idea how much darker/what color the darker SMG MR2 emblem is? Also, do you know the part number for the darker emblem?

Thanks in advance for answering my questions

I can't find anything that looks right on the US system, so I don't think I can get them. '94+ are not interchangeable. If you come up with a PN, I'll be happy to try it out.

Yup, there were only two colors. PhantomMR2 just ordered the dark gray one (thanks for the order!) so we'll take a look at it when it comes through, or you can look for some pics of a stock SMG car to see what it looks like. They are both $9.05 each. Here are the part numbers and the EPC's descriptions:

75471-17110-B0 - MR2,W(PAINTED),GRAY,040,202,3E5,576,6M1,8B6
75471-17110-B1 - MR2,W(PAINTED),DK.GRAY,187

I have a 91' and I'm trying to do the 94' conversion. However I am baffled as to the reverse light and it's fitment. I have to cut into the body of the car to make the reverse light fit don't I? Or are there skinnier lamp assemblies from another year?

Also, Aaron could you send me pricing on the Front Toyota Emblem for a 91' Turbo? turbo16lbs@gmail.com

there's a forum about this situation. just go to the search for forums and type in 94+ conversions and there should be a thread showing and telling how to do the conversion. it's super simple. i did it in 5 minutes... all you need is a rubber mallet.

Don't cut it. Seriously just get a big sledge hammer and tap the area where the reverse lights go.
