I guess I'm not sure exactly which parts you need. Prices on the parts are posted (they do fluctuate periodically, but I just updated them today) and shipping will depend on what part of California you live in, but it's just ground shipping, so it's pretty predictable. If you need a taillight assembly, it'd be between $7 and $10.

Oh yes, everything is sold individually. Despite the way some guys market these parts, there is no "update kit". You just buy what you need - in this case, one taillight and one corner lens (I can't tell whether yours are red or amber) - whatever you want.

Well...um...maybe you're asking for something else and I'm missing it, but the prices for all the parts are already posted on the first page of this thread (maybe you didn't see them?), so you can just add the prices of the parts you want together, and that's what the parts will cost, plus whatever shipping costs to your location. California is huge, so without a zip code, I don't know exactly what we will have to charge for shipping, because we charge actual shipping costs instead of overcharging with convenient (but inflated) made-up figures.
Or are you asking for something that I am somehow overlooking? ![]() |

There's really no direct answer to your question. What you need depends on what you already have and which options you want (side lenses, lights with or without harnesses, etc. You really just have to read and digest the post on the first page where I list all the parts, and do your own research on how many of those parts apply to your car and how you want to do the job.

Ok well that makes sense. That's what I did last night. I think I know what I need now.

Just installed mine this weekend and hit a small hitch. The number of "90159-50299 - $0.65 - Screw" needed may need to be updated to 4. I had two to secure the center panel to the retainer bracket but needed two more to secure the lenses to the retainers. Wouldn't have been a problem for me if the only dealership with a parts department within 15 minutes of me didn't have that particular screw out of stock.
Tried locating a universal trim screw but was unsuccessful finding one with wide enough threads to securely screw into the retainer. |

Ahhh...looks like that screw is actually 90168-50050. They are the same as on the early setup, so I was probably assuming when I wrote this up first that people would just reuse them. They've been added to the list.

Toyota ships the center panels with no nameplate, so you can put anything you want on there. I don't have any TRD emblems hanging around but that sort of stuff isn't usually hard to find if you look around a little.
