99 celica steering wheel

99 celica steering wheel in black should be 3 spoke, would need air bag and clock spring or whateer i suppose also. how much would that run me a ton?

A ton. I can check if you really want an accurate number, but shooting from the hip, stock wheels are usually $300-500 and airbags are $600ish. I don't imagine it'll be much cheaper. Odds are good I may not even be able to get the wheel, since it's beyond the age of most cars with full coverage insurance - and insurance is the only way most people will get a brand new stock steering wheel.
