I usually sell them with the harnesses to make the conversion easier, so the part numbers are a little different than what you've linked to. The price is about $10 higher per lamp with the harnesses. Harnesses and bulbs are the difference between the "assembly" part numbers below and the "lens" numbers in your link.

81550-17110 - 98.69 - Lamp assy, RH
81560-17150 - 98.69 - Lamp assy, LH

81750-17040 - 18.89 - Side lens, RH, US version (red)
81760-17040 - 18.89 - Side lens, LH, US version (red)
81750-17050 - 17.08 - Side lens, RH, JDM version (amber)
81760-17050 - 17.08 - Side lens, LH, JDM version (amber)

81496-20010 - 2.30 - Guide (4 req'd)

81670-17020 - 89.17 - Backup lamp assy

90179-05004 - 0.54 - Nut (4 req'd) (was 90179-05095)
75082-17050-C0 - 109.79 - Panel, black (all colors same price)
Panels include brackets and hardware

69055-17130 - 42.08 - Lock cylinder w/o factory alarm
69055-17101 - 61.50 - Lock cylinder w/ factory alarm

75471-17110-B0 - 9.05 - MR2 Emblem, gray (for everything but SMG)

what is the harness, is it neccessary?
hey what is the guide???
also, is there a way i can see which lock cylinder w/ factory alarm or w/o factory alarm i need?

Harness = wiring harness. This refers to the wiring attached to the taillight bulbs. It's easier to wire in the new taillights if you get them with harnesses.

If your car has a factory Toyota security system, you'd want the lock cylinder to match (69055-17091). Otherwise you can use the cheaper one if your car does not have the OEM alarm system.

don't want to stray off topic but if you have a security trunk lock you can swap the electronic switch in the tumbler on to the 94 lock w/o security. I did it and it takes less than 2min to do and cheaper. you can also swap out the internals off the 91 on the 94 to retain your key but this is very tedious work, no recommended for butter fingers.

as for the tail harness the 94 lights up differently than the 91

91 = both light up at brake and gets brighter
94 = lights up in the outer then the inner at braking

really depends how you want it to work....

Actually everything is sold separately. Toyota doesn't package it as a complete conversion, so it's all just a collection of individual part numbers required to make the swap. You can buy any part you need individually.
