Only the first one listed ('91-'92 manual transmission) still shows in stock in the US. The others may be available out of Japan but they are not within the US as of today.

how about the tire support wires? i hear they are different (wider) on the 93t+

I'm not sure what you mean by "tire support wires", but I'm thinking maybe the spare tire guard - the frame that wraps around the back of the spare tire.

There are none of the first and only one of the second left. As usual, Toyota does not give dimensions. They tell me what part came on what car and that's about it...
