All TRD parts on sale at Lithia Toyota of Springfield

Update: we are extending the sale through July 31, 2008!

The last two months were our strongest ever in terms of MR2 parts sales, and to thank you for the continued support, I think we need to have a sale on TRD stuff! The MkII front strut tower bars are finally on their way to the warehouse, and everything else is already in the warehouse and ready to order. Some of these parts are notoriously hard to get ahold of, so if you want something, this is definitely the time to get it!

PTR04-17850-03 - $239.00 - MkI spring set
PTR04-17900-10 - $249.00 - MkII spring set

PTR04-17900-05 - $172.00 - MkII sway bar, front
PTR04-17901-06 - $142.00 - MkII sway bar, rear

PTR04-17900-01 - $255.00 - MkII strut tower brace, rear
PTR04-17900-02 - $200.00 - MkII strut tower brace, front

PTR04-17900-03 - $41.00 - 4AG head gasket
PTR04-17910-01 - $91.00 - 3SGTE head gasket

PTR04-17901-01 - $113.00 - Spark plug wires, '91-'92 3SGTE turbo
PTR04-17920-02 - $113.00 - Spark plug wires, '93-'95 3SGTE turbo

PTR04-17851-03 - $148.00 - Quickshifter, MkI
PTR04-17900-06 - $96.00 - Quickshifter, MkII
PTR04-00000-05 - $60.00 - Shift knob, tall style
PTR04-00000-06 - $24.00 - Shift knob, ball style

Since we are in Oregon, there is no sales tax. Prices do not include shipping, but you can get a general idea of what it will cost at UPS Global Home or USPS - The United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service). We ship from 97477. Springs weigh about 26 pounds a set, sway bars and STBs are around 7 lb each (the rear STB is a little extra due to its size), and plug wires are about 2 pounds a set.

Like always, I'll need you to give me a call with a major credit card if you want to place an order. Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal. I'm typically here 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific time, Tuesday through Saturday.

My direct line is (541)736-3221, or you can call toll free at (800)888-6305 if you prefer. The toll free line works from Canada too.

Thanks everyone!

For sunroof models, the front strut tower brace has an attachment thing to hold the sunroof in the frunk. On the TRD front strut tower brace, can you put this attachment on to hold the sunroof?

I dunno. Good question. Anybody with any experience want to weigh in here?

heh...TRD doesn't have anything for them that I'm aware of except for the old Tacoma supercharger kit. I'm not sure if that's still available or not, but obviously it's still going to be pretty expensive if it is.

How big is the difference in the mkII quickshifter compared to a stock 94 shifter? Is it quite a bit shorter?

Also the swaybars come with new bushings, but not endlinks correct? Thanks.

A TRD shifter is about 3/4 of an inch shorter overall than a 93-95 shifter. It also mildly changes the pivot point.

Ive had em all. Ive done the 93-95 stock shifter, the 91 stock shifter, and the TRD shifter, and the TRD feels much nicer overall. Its a subtle difference from the 95 spec one, but still shorter and nicer feeling.

Do you have pics of the shift knobs?

I think I have seen the ball style, but not the tall style.

Aaron, do the shift knobs fit the 91/92 shifter or the 93+ shifter?

It'll look something like this.

The ball knob fits anything, but the tall style does not work with the '93+ shifter. It is too tall and the threads don't engage - in other words they are recessed too far to catch on the shifter.

If that's due to the ring that holds the shift boot up, it's only pressed on and can be knocked off. People have done it to make other knobs fit. If it's the shift cable tab that's holding you back, then I think you're outta luck.

Edit: Aaron, you have mail.
