Turbo bolts/castle nuts

Aaron,

I could use a little help as I am having a problem keeping my ct20b from vibrating one of the nuts loose. I am going to pull the manifold and torque the turbo to bgb specs but I was hoping you could find the parts that I would need to replace all four studs/nuts, washers, etc.. , an exhaust manifold gasket and downpipe gasket for a 93 turbo. Does toyota have a high temp thread lock for this application? Thank you for your assistance and time.

If you have the stuff out of the car you shouldnt have any issues getting them tight enough not to stick.

I just use the white high temp locktite on those guys, and I tighten them on ouside of the car.

What is the brand of the white locktite, I have been looking but have only been finding thread lock that goes to about 700 degrees.

Sorry man, I had to take a couple of days off! As far as I know, Toyota does not suggest any thread locking compound. Here are the part numbers:

90116-10125 - $0.99 - Stud (x4 = $3.96)
90179-10066 - $2.89 - Nut (x4 = $11.56)
17278-88381 - $25.40 - Gasket, turbo to manifold
17279-88381 - $23.86 - Gasket, turbo to downpipe elbow
17173-88381 - $19.14 - Gasket, manifold to head (x2 = $38.28)
