Here is the water filler neck for your '91 SW20 Turbo. It comes with a new cap.

16520-74020 - $50.45 - Filler assy, water
Priority Mail - $9.80
Grand total = $60.25

HA! Melts?! If you melt it, something is very wrong!

BTW your parts are shipping out today so you'll have them Friday or Saturday. We tried to get them out yesterday but it was a disaster around here. Today may not be much better, as apparently there was a drive-by shooting about a block from my house this morning. Bad news

Damn I was expecting them tomorrow so i took the day off

, i guess i'm just gonna have to do this in the morning before going to work on friday/saturday, but that's cool. Thanks for the update Aaron, is there a tracking #? and did you send both parts together? so one doesn't come one day, and the other the other day lol

I'm sorry, when we talked about delivery time I probably forgot that we were closed Monday! And I did want to get it out yesterday but simply could not find the time.

The filler neck would not go in the box with the rad, so it had to be shipped separately, also by Priority Mail. There's no tracking number with Priority Mail but they are reliably two to three days coast-to-coast.
