What year? NA, SC, or turbo? Which tranny are you using and which shifter cable do you need (there are two)? Which clutch lines - the metal ones or just the rubber ones?

31481-17080 - $23.63 - Tube, clutch master to 2 way
90412-12034 - $14.59 - 2 way
31489-17020 - $31.34 - Tube, 2 way to flexible hose
90468-A0007 - $0.99 - Clip
90947-02611 - $28.15 - Hose, flexible
31482-17040 - $10.21 - Tube, release cylinder
31483-17040 - $7.89 - Tube, bleeder
31484-32050 - $1.90 - Bracket
96221-20708 - $3.46 - Clamp
90080-11230 - $0.59 - Bolt
31468-17010 - $2.70 - Bracket
90080-11232 - $0.65 - Bolt
33821-17061 - $170.99 - Cable, SW21 MTM shift, RH (for fore-aft movement)

Everything is still available from Toyota at this time. Shipping is going to be the hard part due to the length of 31489-17020. It will be super expensive because that line is as long as the floorpan of the car, which means we have to use a huge box to ship it, and that costs a lot more even though it doesn't weight that much. You will probably want to try to get that from a car that someone is parting out locally, or a wrecking yard, so you don't have to pay shipping on it.

We don't have any way to accept PayPal. I'll need you to call in with any major credit card, or you can use a debit card if it has a Visa or MC logo.

I don't dare quote the longest line because I don't know how long it really is. It's got to be six or seven feet long, and shipping would be about a hundred bucks on that size a box. I won't even guess how much time we'd spend finding or making a box big enough to swallow it! It would make more sense for you to buy it from a local dealership for full price (MSRP is $40.10) and not have to pay shipping.

I know the internet is always on, but that doesn't mean I'm at work 24/7 Since I have to work Saturdays, I take Sundays and Mondays off. I am also taking tomorrow (9/16) off to make up for a lost holiday. I'll be back on Wednesday. I can call you then, or you are welcome to call in yourself (which probably makes more sense anyway) and talk to Tracy. He can take your order if you don't want to wait for me -whatever works best for you.

You were asking about the bushings in the tranny end of the cables. Those can be replaced with brass bushings from Speed Source for a better shift feel:

Toyota doesn't include an alignment tool or grease, but since there is no pilot bearing in these cars, most people don't have any trouble just eyeballing the disk without an alignment tool. Shipping would be $22.57 with insurance.

My Google Map

31250-17040-84 - $55.60 - Clutch disc (+ $6.00 core charge)
31210-32130-84 - $73.39 - Clutch pressure plate (+ $7.00 core charge)
31230-32060 - $41.33 - Throwout bearing
Clutch total = $183.32 plus shipping

There is a transmission gasket set, but it doesn't really include any gaskets. It has axle seals, input shaft seal, crush washers for the drain and fill plugs:

04331-17020 - $28.18 - Gasket set

Toyota uses a special red FIPG to seal the tranny case, but unless you split the case, you won't need it:

00295-01281 - $17.16 - FIPG, red

As far as greasing the throwout bearing goes, I have used anti-sieze, but I think there are better lubriicants than that. I think brake parts grease would be a good choice, as it is heat resistant and not likely to run or drip.
