Invalid part number, at least on the US system. I can't even find anything that begins with 83010. What is it?

Ah. I wonder where that PN came from. I have seen several instances where there's a part number that dealers can't access, and I suspect it is used when the cars are being built. That makes sense here, because they need a complete cluster when they build a car, but I can't buy a complete cluster from Toyota. I have to get the case, the circuit board, the faceplate, glass, gauges, bulbs etc all individually. That would be absurdly expensive. So, I guess the real answer is "yes, outrageous."

Makes sense. Probably just used between the supplier and Toyota when the cars were being built.

I've noticed this also. Sometimes I think it works the other way also, where you can only buy a part as a whole, and not its individual pieces, if that makes any sense.
