Lithia Toyota's month-end sale - up to 10% extra off OEM parts, lower pricing on TRD!

People have been asking me when we're going to have another sale, and UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: This sale is being extended through Christmas! So, to help us meet our objectives, we are offering three things:

We have lowered our prices across the board on TRD-USA parts! This is a permanent change, not a temporary sale. While there is very little profit in TRD stuff, it makes us feel all warm and tingly when we sell it, and we want to be your source for TRD parts!

Get an extra 5% off our regular MR2 hookup prices when you purchase over $500 on OEM parts (excluding TRD) on any invoice!

Get an extra 10% off our regular MR2 hookup prices when you purchase over $1000 on OEM parts (excluding TRD) on any invoice!

It goes without saying that we can't combine this with any other discounts, and obviously we can't stack them (in other words you can't get a 5% discount and a 10% discount on the same purchase). This sale will be on <edit>: through Christmas. Take advantage of it, help us meet our sales goals, and help yourself to some extra savings!

Thanks everybody - ready set go

Damn, that's a lot of cash! haha I'll have to see what little parts I am needing (won't equal near 500 though) and give you a call. I have a few ideas about parts off of other Toyota cars too...you'll be hearing from me soon

Any chance you still might have a sale in mid December? That's when I'll be looking to buy a gasket kit, timing belt, and other maintenance items for my 3SGTE.

Might still - I guess it depends on the response to this sale and what our objectives for December are!

Update 12/03 - we're extending this sale through Christmas. Take advantage now before I get grumpy again (coal in your stocking will do that to a guy) and take it all away!

I will check on price and availability when I get back to work on Tuesday (I'm at home right now), but it should be around $40 IIRC. Of course the HG is not the only thing that determines compression ratio, and they are not advertised as, say, "TRD 11:1 head gasket", but knowing how thick it is (0.8 mm compared to a stock gasket's 1.2 mm) we can determine how much it will raise CR. In an otherwise stock 9.4:1 bigport it will produce about 9.8:1.

That depends on what you drive, of course, but for the MkII in your avatar it's this one:
PTR04-17900-06 - $96.21 - TRD short shifter, SW20 & SW21

I made a mistake. The TRD 4AGE head gasket is 0.8mm thick, not 0.6 mm, and I have edited the post above to correct that as well as the resulting compression ratio change. Sorry about the error!

What would be the new price on TRD sway bars for a SW20? Would it be the same as your sale price that you had back in june or, would it be cheaper?

Not sure. At any rate, the new prices are a result of permanently changing how we calculate pricing on TRD parts. In other words, these are not "sale prices"; they will remain in effect until Toyota changes our cost on the parts.

PTR04-17900-05 - $174.08 - Sway bar, front
PTR04-17901-06 - $142.80 - Sway bar, rear

Actually, I went and found the old sale thread, and the prices are very nearly the same. There's less than a couple of dollars between them.
