A little searching will save you a lot of time and me a lot of work. I have quoted fender liners out a couple of times recently, and prices are going to be within 2% or so...

Wheel well splash shield

MkII front fender liners

Also, I know there is a pic of a MkII in your avatar, but please, please tell me what you are working on. Not all MR2s are the same. Even if I assume it's a MkII, not all MkIIs are the same. Any information you can provide will generally save us both a lot of time and ensure you get the the correct parts for your particular car.

Let me know if you need something else, or give me a call when you are ready to order. Thanks!

^Aaron offers special prices on toyota parts for your MR2. Read around the forums and you'll find all the answers you're looking for. If you don't find them then it's a good idea to ask. 98% of the time though the answers are out there if you use the little search button...

Not trying to be a d*ck...just trying to save you some time and ridicule later. Welcome to the boards

Thanks for the order! Just for reference, I might as well answer the questions even though it's already been taken care of. As far as prices go, your order today (fender liners + all hardware + shift boot) that came up to $178.40 through us would have been $228 at suggested retail, and most dealerships actually charge more than suggested list anymore. Anything I quote out here is at the MR2 discount. We give the discount for two reasons - to earn a little extra business and to make sure that MR2 owners have an OEM parts source that knows their cars better than the average dealership does (which is poorly, at best). And second, as we discussed, you certainly don't have to come pick up your parts in person. Most of what we sell gets shipped around the country and around the world.

Also, thanks for looking out for me, Mark!

Hey kinda related to this, kinda not. I just didn't think it was worth making a new thread. Can you get me a price on both inner fenders and hardware like that guy but I also want all the hardware that connects the 93+ front lip to the bumper. Price shipped to 39565, Thanks.

edit: also need all the bolts that hold the inner sub shafts of the axles to the outter shafts. They're allen head I believe. Also the gaskets for the axles if its reasonably priced.

The lip was unpainted black plastic in '93, and painted body color for '94 and '95, and is sold prepainted ONLY in colors available on '94-'95 cars. UPDATE: All painted lips are now the same price. Unpainted '93 lips are actually the most expensive...don't ask me why...I don't make the rules

The list below is, to the best of my knowledge, all of the parts required to retrofit the lip to '91 and '92 cars. Shipping is usually between $20 and $35, depending on your location. The closer you are to us (in Oregon), the cheaper it is. One sad note - I cannot ship these via USPS because of their size. Unfortunately, Canadian customers may have to bite the bullet on UPS customs if they want to buy one from me.

now can you find me the bolts for the axles and the price to ship it all? Lol j/k I was hoping for just a lump sum total is why I just asked him instead of looking. Plus some of the stuff on here was kinda older so I wasn't sure about price change or not.

Yeah...generally the prices are pretty accurate. I'd just call him for the shipping cost with the list of part numbers...or PM him a list of part numbers to save him a little time.

Oh...and you might wanna tell him what tranny and axles you are using cause he's probably gonna ask (just assuming there are different parts for different axles).

Well, uh, not to sound ungrateful or anything, but if it takes you about a minute to look for "pretty close" figures (within 2%) and then slamming them into a calculator, that's so much easier than eating up ten or twenty minutes of my time building an invoice with thirty lines of the same parts just to get you an exact figure. Make sense?

What I mean is this: if you are really going to buy the parts, it ain't gonna make diddly difference to you if it comes out to $376.41 or $388.19, and you probably won't care whether shipping costs you $13.91 or $22.74. If it's big or heavy, or if you live on the dark side of the moon, it costs more to ship, but you know that, and you can estimate pretty close most of the time. Certainly you can guess close enough to decide whether you want to go through with the order or not. And if you don't actually plan on ordering the parts, you got no business worrying about the price anyway...right?

I'm going home. It's beer thirty!

edit: sorry I was busy with work the other times I had you quote prices and just realized after I posted here that I wouldn't have to time to mess with putting the parts on. It was called working 70 hours a week in a ship yard and my MR2 was my only vehicle. I finally have a little break now being laid off. I still do have a little bit of money in my MR2 funds area I wanna spend so I can get the parts on while I have the chance. I got another job lined up in a few weeks. The price is a HUGE deal to me. Sorry for "wasting" your time though. I just know how toyota can sometimes have a crazy price for something that I wouldn't expect to cost that much. I called the dealership down here about a factory sub once, $184 for just the speaker. Little $10-$20 differences isn't a problem but **** like that is. I just figured it'd be easier for you to just ask on here where you could and get back to me on here when you got the prices instead of holding you up on the phone.

I'm working on compiling all the part numbers Aaron has posted into one big post so no one even has to search. Maybe that'll help...

It probably would... I was just concerned with price change and got a little lazy. You can't tell me you never asked for something you could have found out seaching. Also did you ever get the stuff I sent you? I figured you just forgot to send me a PM confirming you got it.

Yeah...I got your package a couple days ago but have been too busy to open it and look through it till yesterday. I'll leave you some good feedback. I have asked a few questions that I could have found by searching...but that was in my first week on the board and didn't know keywords to search for when I was looking...just had to do a lot of reading to educate myself

I'll agree with Trey that it can make sense to get your ducks in a row before placing a large or complicated order. My only real concern is that sometimes people abuse the convenience of the internet by asking questions that they can answer for themselves with only a moderate effort. It takes them only seconds to ask questions, but it takes me a great deal of time and effort to answer them correctly and thoroughly. If the information is readily available to them, and/or if they have no real intent to actually buy the parts, it can be a frustrating mis-use of my time.

53875-17030 - $58.14 - Fender liner, front, RH
53876-17030 - $58.14 - Fender liner, front, LH
90159-60492 - $0.56 - Screw (x4 = $2.24)
90159-A0012 - $0.47 - Screw (x10 = $4.70)
90179-06104 - $0.68 - Nut (x8 = $5.44)
90189-06100 - $1.05 - Grommet (x2 = $2.10)
90189-06146 - $0.81 - Grommet (x4 = $3.20)
53879-14010 - $1.43 - Retainer (x4 = $5.72)
90189-06006 - $0.90 - Grommet (x4 = $3.60)
90189-06028 - $0.65 - Grommet (x2 = $1.05)
90467-06052-22 - $0.83 - Clip (x2 = $1.66)
90189-06114 - $1.05 - Grommet (x2 = $2.10)

76857-17020 - $7.44 - Retainer, upper right

76853-17020 - $21.52 - Retainer, upper center

76864-17020 - $11.88 - Retainer, lower left
76861-17030 - $21.52 - Retainer, lower center
90269-03003 - $0.90 - Rivet (x2 = $1.80)
90179-06274 - $0.56 - Nut (x11 = $6.16)
90179-06185 - $2.11 - Nut (x4 = $8.44)

90110-10015 - $1.03 - Bolt, hexagon socket (x12 = $12.36)
43459-17010 - $5.28 - Gasket, axle flange to CV joint (x2 = $10.56)

Shipping - $17.02 - Vancleave, MS 39565
Grand total - $286.40

The EPC suggests one CV joint gasket each, but it is not 100% clear, so I'll need you to verify it. Some people say "gasket" when they mean "seal", so if it's the axle seals you wanted, those are here:

90311-40004 - $8.44 - Axle seal, E153, RH
90311-50027 - $12.09 - Axle seal, E153, LH

Thanks man - let me know if I've missed anything.

I'll need you to call me with a credit card when you are ready. I have a quote saved for you with all of the parts listed above.

As this is a car dealership, and part of a huge national chain, they (corporate) haven't made it possible for our parts department to set up a PayPal account.
