04479-17030 - $31.95 - caliper rebuild kit, rear

Rotors are pretty heavy, so shipping on the whole list would be about $52. If you chose to go with aftermarket rotors or buy them locally, we could ship everything except the rotors for about $11. Thanks man!

probably a stupid question, but the caliper rebuild kits are for both sides, correct? in other words, the front rebuild kit has parts for rebuilding left front AND right front?

Not a stupid question at all, and you're correct. One front rebuild kit rebuilds both front calipers, and one rear rebuild kit rebuilds both rear calipers.
