All of the following is in stock, except for the gasket set, which is one day away. 16100 indicates a water pump assembly, so yes, it includes the rear cover and all the necessary seals and gaskets.

04111-74402 - $228.51 - Engine Overhaul gasket kit
13568-79045 - $34.88 - Timing Belt
16100-79126 - $115.65 - Water pump assembly
13540-88382 - $42.21 - T-belt Tensioner
16283-88381 - $4.16 - Hose, Water bypass
16282-88380 - $12.75 - Hose, Water bypass
83420-16040 - $18.71 - Gage assy, water
89422-20010 - $47.00 - Water temp sensor

That TRD part number corresponds to an ECU for supercharged 5VZE Tacomas, obviously not something we keep in stock. Here is the TRD thermostat for the GenII 3SGTE:
16340-SP010 - $80.60 - TRD Thermostat, replaces 90916-03075

Let me know what we can do for you. Thanks man!

No worries. That's not its "official" name, but part names are pretty useless anyway. In the EPC it's called "gasket kit, engine overhaul". The real key is knowing what you need and being able to communicate that. In fact, since this came up, I have edited the first two posts to include the word "gasket".
