I'm looking for tune up parts for a 91 n/a
Cap, rotor, and spark plugs wire, I already brought the plugs them self.

BTW the rims came with the car, I'm not to sure what kind are they since they didn't come with the center cap.

We carry two kinds of OEM Toyota oil filter. We have the regular US-market filter, made by Denso in Thailand, and we have the JDM filter, made by Denso in Japan. The US filters are $3.99 each and the JDM units are $7.95 each. You can see the difference here:
