Parts quote

I need a quote for a 91 turbo shipping to 55117.
HFH and any other suggestions you think i should replace.
A tune up; spark plug wires, distributor, rotor.
That little plastic piece that holds the engine lid rod.
Thanks

I thought I'd help you out Aaron.
Here are the part numbers and prices from previous quotes. They might not be 100% accurate because prices change, but it shouldn't be that far off:
16283-88381 - $4.07 - HFH (Hose from Hell)
19101-88363 - $37.65 - Distributor cap
19102-74040 - $6.68 - Distributor rotor
90919-21485 - $53.52 - Plug wire set

I'm not sure what you are referring to about the litlte plastic piece that holds the engine rod. Are you referring to the one at the end of the prop rod or the one that holds it up when the engine lid is up or the one that holds in down then the engine lid is down?
Here is the one for holding the prop rod down when the engine lid is down:
53455-17040 - $1.61 - Clamp, hood support rod
Here is the one for the whole prop rod assembly:
64407-17030 - $17.11 - Support sub-assy, engine hood
There is also a gas prop rod you can use instead of the stock one.

I'm sure Aaron will post a total with shipping for you soon.

I would suggest you inspect all of your hoses. See if any of them are stressed, cracked, or weak. I replaced all of my coolant hoses just to be sure and also because they are 17-18 years old! I've attached the images of some of the hoses you might want to inspect. Good luck!

o6spdracer, Thanks for the backup! You should be deputized

If you're doing the HFH, you'll also want to do the HFHOE and probably the oil cooler O-rings as well since they are so close. Spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor are discount an extra 10% off of regular MR2 prices (which are already discounted) for this month. Here's the list:

16283-88381 - $4.36 - HFH (Hose from Hell)
16282-88380 - $13.36 - HFHOE
96732-19019 - $3.55 - O-ring, inner, oil cooler bracket to block
15517-88380 - $1.99 - O-ring, outer, oil cooler bracket to block
15785-35010 - $0.91 - Gasket, inner, oil cooler to bracket
90301-52006 - $3.37 - O-ring, outer, oil cooler to bracket
90919-01180-83 - $5.98 - Spark plug, ea (x4 = $23.92) reg. $6.64 each
90919-21485 - $50.55 - Plug wire set, reg. $56.16
19101-88363 - $36.33 - Distributor cap, reg. $40.37
19102-74040 - $6.41 - Distributor rotor, reg. $7.12

Shipping on the whole mess would be $11 via Priority Mail, so if you wanted everything in the list, it would be $155.75 shipped. If you want to place the order, this list is saved as quote number 47137. You can give us that number when you call and we can put the order together a little quicker. Thanks!
