I need a quote and part number on how much for the little rubber seals that go around the injectors and plug into the head?

Sure! Assuming you're still on a Gen2 engine, here are the part numbers:

90301-14006 - Smaller O-ring on injector body (4 req'd)
90301-17007 - Larger O-ring on injector body (4 req'd)
23291-75010 - Insulator at each end of injector (8 req'd)
23845-88380 - Insulator between fuel rail and head (4 req'd)
