I'm curious to know how you determined that the arms needed replacing? Are they bent, are the bushings shot, or ...?

Really? Structural rust? Those things are cast iron, and not prone to rusting through - unless you're talking about the strut rods, which extend rearward from the body to the control arm. Those are tubular steel, and they can be bent through crash damage or poor technique with a floor jack.

16400-16120 - $360.20 - Radiator
48068-17010 - $111.44 - Control arm (x2 = $222.88)
48660-17010 - $42.37 - Strut rod, RH
48670-17010 - $42.37 - Strut rod, LH

Toyota radiators can be costly. There may be a decent aftermarket alternative available, too.

Thanks!

You might also keep an eye out for some used control arms. If they are not crash damaged, you could remove the bushings, sandblast them and paint them, and press in some new poly bushings for less money than buying a new pair. Not that I don't want to sell you parts, but there may be a better way to go than buying new ones.

when i was at the shop looking over my car, i was told by one of the old car guru's that i could do that and sell em once i got the new ones. i might just do that to the ones i got. the radiator is done tho. anyone know any aftermarket ones?

NAPA carries radiators. I don't know who makes them, but full tilt retail is $210, and most NAPA stores regularly sell to the public at well below retail. Their part number is 2142.
