The non-cruise throttle cable will be one piece, all the way from the pedal to the engine. The NA and turbo cables are different, and '91-92 cables are different from '93+ cables, though I don't know how. The trunk weatherstrip has gone up a little too.

78180-17210 - Accelerator cable, '91-'92 SW21 NA
78180-17180 - Accelerator cable, '91-'92 SW20 turbo
78180-17280 - Accelerator cable, '93-'95 SW21 NA
78180-17310 - Accelerator cable, '93-'95 SW20 turbo
64461-17030 - Weatherstrip, trunk

This is all written up on quote number 49687. Thanks man!

I suppose this would be the best place to put this instead of starting up a new thread. Are the JDM and USDM throttle cables going to be the same. It would be easier if i could buy a USDM one if it will work. If there is no way it would work, would it be possible for you to get a JDM Throttle cable for a 92 SW20? i have about two threads left on mine and my local toyota dealership has been screwing me around with it for over two months...

No, they're going to be different, since the throttle pedals are in different locations.

Probably not. If you need a part that isn't on Toyota Motor Sales USA's parts system, I can't get it unless I can prove to them that the car it's going on is legally registed in the USA.

What is your car's actual build date? Does it have cruise control? Do you need the cable from the pedal to the cruise control bellcrank, or the one from the bellcrank to the engine, or (if you don't have cruise control) from the pedal directly to the engine?

I'm located in Canada, would that pose an type of issue?

Update 04/11 - we do have a 3rd party source for non-US parts if necessary. It's not unlimited access to everything Toyota ever built, but it helps a lot.

April of '92 would make it a '93 model by our standards. The part number you want appears to be either 78180-17240 or 78180-17300 - but I'm not sure which because I can't read Japanese...

The cable from the cruise control bellcrank to the throttle body is 78150-17060 for a '93-'95 turbo.

78180-17130 for the pedal to cruise junction fits the same between N/A and Turbo for 91-92, right?

I know this is for N/A but I haven't found the part number for the turbo. Car is a 91 turbo with cruise.

'91-'92 NA cars use 78180-17130. '91-'92 turbo cars use 78180-17250. Both are still available.
