Sorry to keep you waiting, but and complicated requests like this sort of end up on the back burner. Even though you've supplied part numbers, there can be a lot of back-and forth involved to make sure that the numbers a customer provides are actually the parts he wants to buy. And you have to be VERY careful with ToyoDIY because, as useful as it is, it doesn't allow you to filter parts down to only the ones that apply to your particular combination.

You've certainly done your homework, but maybe a little more than necessary; the oil pump and water pump bolts don't normally need to be replaced. Even if you just have a fetish for shiny hardware, a new water pump (which I'd highly recommend, by the way) will come with almost all of the water pump hardware you've listed already installed.

I have no idea whether you'll need a pin with an aftermarket oil pump. If you're referring to 90253-09001, they don't come with a Toyota oil pump, but then they're not often removed from the block, so you don't normally have to replace them.

I've priced out the list, and updated part numbers where necessary:

16283-88381 - $4.36 - Hose From Hell
16264-88383 - $18.45 - Water Hose no. 3
16341-88381 - $5.69 - Water Outlet Gasket
96761-24017 - $1.43 - By-Pass Pipe O-Ring
16258-88381 - $3.58 - By-Pass Pipe Gasket
16325-62010 - $4.36 - Water Inlet Housing Gasket
16282-88380 - $13.36 - By-Pass Hose No. 5
15197-63021 - $3.86 - Oil Pump Gasket
90253-09001 - $0.99 - Oil Pump Pin x2
16267-88382 - $15.60 - By-Pass Hose No. 3

15785-35010 - $0.91 - Oil Cooler O-Ring
90301-52002 - $3.37 - Oil Cooler O-Ring

91611-B0625 - $0.53 - Oil Pump bolt x10
91611-60635 - $0.91 - Oil Pump Bolt x 2

93220-16020 - $0.61 - Screw
16193-88460 - $1.55 - Bolt x2
91611-B0625 - $0.53 - Bolt x3
90080-11499 - $0.68 - Bolt
90116-10113 - $1.27 - Exhaust manifold stud

16385-74020 - $3.37 - Alternator Fan Belt Adjusting Slider
90119-08888 - $1.35 - Bolt for above

You can't get the alternator bracket end plate without the entire alternator bracket:
12501-74040 - $95.16 - Alternator bracket, w/o power steering
12501-74050 - $105.94 - Alternator bracket, with power steering

PTR04-35050 - $68.40 - TRD Thermostat

"All underbody Rubber plugs" = literally about an hour's worth of detective work tracking down a huge list of parts that most people do not actually need. Can you narrow it down a little?

91611-60814 - $0.65 - Bolt
91651-G0816 - $0.87 - Bolt (qty not clear; please check vehicle)
91512-10166 - $0.69 - Lower Pipe bolt

I suspect that you will not literally want everything on the list, and shipping costs will depend heavily on what you actually order. Typically, though, you're looking at between $11 and $18 for a portion or all of the list above. It's all saved on quote number 50707, so we will work on that and edit it as necessary to get you what you need. Thanks man!

Thanks for the reply. I will be building from a built block (whenever I get it), but all of the timing components are missing.
I purchased all of the timing components and from several members on mr2oc and most of them did not include bolts, which was expected.
Those rubber underbody plugs, are various in size between 1" to about 1.5" in diameter. I can't think of any purpose for these except to drain water
I can take a picture of them if you need.
I'll make that plate for the alternator bracket then...

Also in regard to these part numbers, I'm going with a 5SGTE set up. From the information I have gathered, the only thing that get swapped out is the block, everything else stays 3S. Is this information correct?

Thanks again and I'll try call today and get this stuff ordered.

Well, they're definitely drain plugs. My real concern is identifying which ones in particular you need, because there are tons of them all throughout the car. Because there aere so many, they're also scattered throughout the catalog. Most of them can be identified fairly easily by location. Where are the ones you are missing?

From what I know, yes, it's just about that simple. There are always surprises when building or modifying things. Ask me how I know

ha!
Thanks for the info!
I need pretty much all of them located on the main body under the car. Pretty much under the seats, subwoofers etc.

If I understand you correctly, you just need the ones on the cabin floor. That saves a lot of work, because there are a bunch of them on the trunk floors, structural (frame) rails, etc, that we can ignore. Here are the ones in the floor of the passenger compartment:

90950-01867 - $2.56 - Plug, hole (big ones under floor)
90950-01181 - $2.51 - Plug, hole (tunnel and speaker floor)
90950-01426 - $2.34 - Plug, hole (rail under floor)
