it's got some checkvalve thing on the valve cover by the timing belt. is that what you're looking for?

You are right. Its right next to the oil fill cap. I was thinking of EGR. My bad.

Most people use a 5SFE Camry PCV valve on a Gen3. Part number is 12204-20020. The grommet is 90480-18001.
