Is this for real? The only way to get 500whp out of a 1.6L is with FI and it's going to take a lot of boost, 28-30+ PSI or more. With a T-25, good tuning and 15psi or so you'll probably be looking at around 225-235whp and boost building up from around 2500rpm.
