I reinforce the OEM motor mounts w flexible silicone. It keeps them from deterioating further and prevents any metal to metal contact.

Bill, this is not to say there isn't more vibration that OEM, I make to warranties in that vain.

It is however transmitting less vibration that the more solid or "poly" bushings, by far.

See Bill, you've gotten used to progressively softer and softer motor mounts.

I've done this procedure 4 times, 3 for performance cars and once for a laid back street car locally. In addition, I have done this for 4 of my own 5 Mark 1 cars.

Just telling you how it is without any sales pitches bro.

Would like to ask if you still have your OEM flex exhaust coupling in place?

i have the same shocks just the ones i bought i was sent a hz 1086 but it was mislabeled on the cylander and said 1086 even though it was a 1085 and the seller on ebay wont contact me so im going to try tokico.

hey what tokio shocks did u get and nice car i just put a short shifter from twos r us and it is really nice.
