Sorry ive takin so long. I wish it was turbo!!!!! Right after i bought it, she shot a piston right through the bottom of the block. I had no idea about mr2s at that time so I took it to goodyear...bad idea. It was $5600 for the engine transplant, and no turbo. A month after that I found out that my gf at the time had a stepfather that owns an import shop and could have got me a turbo swap for under three grand. Lifes a bitch. So between the swap and my replacing of clutch, shift cables, e brake cables, new front struts and other small stuff, it adds up to about twelve grand. Im definitely ALOT more cautious about how i spend my money now.

I'm doing fairly well. I unburied my car yesterday and tried to drive it around the parking lot but I couldn't even get out of the parking spot because there was so much ice. I've got ice on my front bumper but pretty much everything else is clear. What kind of work did you do for 12k??? I hope you swapped out a jdm turbo and completely rebuilt it or something for that kind of cash.

Haha. Yeah, six thousand miles after i bought mines two and a half years ago i shot a piston through the block! since then ive sank about 12,000 keeping it running and replacing worn parts. She runs fine now. I just need to replace my rear struts and upgrade my springs, which are sitting in my room right now yearning for a warm day! How you handling all this snow? I just went to that three dollar car wash on midlo by the popo station, but my front suspension is still ice encased.
