I see that you also posted a message on the MR2BOARD's profile under the visitors message. I would try sending them an email through their profile, a private message, and reposting another visitors message on that profile. The mods are pretty busy and it does take sometime to hear back. I do not have any of their emails but I will also send them a message about your issue. I am not a mod, just a member here. I had this same issue at another site and was told to re-register, that seemed to work. You may want to try that. Good luck.
