I have a issue with one of the members I bought a BPV from him here and paid him via paypal on 10/24. He said that he'll ship that week. I didn't hear from him since. After numerous PM's and email he finally emailed me back (on 11/03) saying that he was busy on a business trip and "sworn" he sent it out before he left and will check and get back to me the next day. I understand that things happen and waited for his email to tell me if or when he sent it. Well after a number of emails and PM's he still has not replied and I haven't received the BPV. Do you have any way of helping me contact ProjekIssei (Allan)? Please let me know. I appreciate any help. Situations like this make it too risky to do any kind of business on this website.
