Hello, I was just looking at the google map to see what MR2 owners live near me. I live in Lima, Ohio. I have a 1991 NA MR2 all original. I'm looking at putting a 3SGE Beams engine in it. I was wondering if you could help me out with that, or recommend someone who could help. I'm not a mechanic, so I need someone who can do the engine swap for me. Thanks for any and all help.

I think if im not mistaken, the parts cost about 1000-1500 bucks. I did all the labor myself.

Hey man I'm new here and did want to bump an old thread. I was wondering what your engine rebuild cost. So you don't have to search for the thread the title was Quest for 300whp...

The internals of the engine are in excellent shape because I rebuilt it 1500 miles ago. This rebuild included (all stock toyota parts):

1. all new pistons and rings
2. a new crankshaft
3. sent head out for complete re-build to stock specs
4. new oil pump
5. all new bearings and seals
6. honed cylinder walls

Just wondering looking in possible rebuild my motor also, thanks in advance.
