FS: College student need to sell Mk1 ASAp

Hello to everyone looking to buy and mk1.As of 05/09/2007 the car is sitting in my appartment complex and i dont want to risk loosing a great car to a junk yard and getting it towed and with no job and just going to school i figured the best decession is to see her to some one that will finish the project wich there is little to do. So with that said....

selling the car for $2,700 or best offer as is or trade for any other vehicle.
The Goods: 5 speed manual tranny
The enigine in this car was recently rebuilt as of January 2007 with all new gaskets sent to machine shop all work was done and replaced the #4 piston and all rings and cleaned all external parts the best that i could.Newtimming belt, idel pully, and needs a water pump (sadly). Stiil Runnning.
All the hoses in the engine bay were replaced and needs a tune up after a recently broke in the engine. I did replace cap rotor button and wires.car has no a/c.
The engine was instaled by Tora motorsport (Great Guys by the way) for a pretty penny. The engine has aproximately 9000 miles.The clutchset was bought recently and put in to the car. The transmission is poping out of 5th gear. I didnt have the money to rplace. Theres a K&N airfilter in the car and also the thermostat was changed and the O2 sensor within the last 2 months.New Batery.
The exhaust in the car had to be replcaed so i took it to mad hatters muffler shop here in Tampa and had a straight back job done Four days befor the water pump went out but make the car sound great.Afew sensors were also replaced. There are four new tires on the car and all origanal rims and one new tire that need to be pluged in the frunk. I replaced the two rear rotors and brake pads also. As for the cabin of the car there are no speakers nor radio and for who ever had the car befor me hooked up a sound system and was removed. The carpet is in great condition and red and black seats. Small tear in the driver side door panel and both elletric switches need to be replaced as the soon will stop working. The radiator was also replaced brand new that i switched from my previos mr2. Other that that the driver side of the car had small dings that I pulled out and patched. As for rust I have not seen any.
But over all i know this car is worth every penny and will make a great car car for somone willing to give her a chance.
