1988 MR2 SC - Shell
Vehicle Location: Las Vegas, NV
Vehicle Price: $650
Vehicle Odometer: 172,000

Hello Everyone,

I have for sale an 88 SC red, 5 speed shell. There is no engine, transmission and interior. The body is rust free, front fenders great condition, F/R bumpers great condition, doors straight and great hood with emblem. Many good parts including complete AC/Heater/Blower unit.

VIN JT2AW16J8J0135178

$250 for the shell. Located in Las Vegas. Good chance to have some fun here and then trailer back home the MR2. Otherwise the car will be going to the junk yard.

Add $350 for the light weight Rota Slipstream 15x6.5" 12lb wheels and Hankook Ventus RS-2 195/50/15 tires to go with the shell. Tread is 90%. Minimal wear. Otherwise $380 for the wheels/tires only.

Please let me know.

Nik

I am wondering the same thing!

Also don't send that to the crusher! It's hard to find a mk1 that clean!

I bought this to be used as my parts car and it's time for it to go. It did not have an engine or tranny when I bought it. My HOA is not too happy with me now that I brought it out of the garage. I need the room in the garage now.

Not sure on the offset for the Rota's. The previous owner Bryan H., well known in the MR2 world, purchased the wheels. They fit perfect.

Try putting a car cover on it. Maybe they won't notice it then.
