Its street legal and very fun to drive. I bought it from a race mechanic and it was his family toy and hardly ever drove it. I just don’t have the time for the project….so I have to let it go. I have not even put 2000 miles on it in 5 years! Always stored indoors or covered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR AS A DAILY DRIVER it’s a street legal track car

Here are the vitals:

-87 mr2 N/A with 150k miles on the clock
-5spd manual
-stock 1.6 N/A motor
-OE stick red paint that’s in good shape for a 21 year old car
-Runs great and does not burn or drop any oil
-HARDTOP!

-STRIPPED INTERIOR! (no heat, no ac, no carpet etc)
-ground control coilovers with eibach springs (could use new struts/shocks)
-upgraded swaybars
-stillen cross drilled rotors on all 4 corners
-braided brake lines
-front brake venting via front airdam (turn signals relocated)
-6 point roll cage with fire extinguisher installed and custom window net mounting setup.
-TRD header (the only mod to the stock motor)
-K&N Filter
S/C Engine cover
-New custom exhaust system!
-4 NEWER YOKOHAMA ES100 tires
-Griots garage Car cover w/ lock


Spares:
-4 stock 88 “teardrop” s/c wheels (these are not cheap and hard to find in good shape)
-1 88 sc drivers seat
-lots of backup rotors, pads
-and other misc stuff
N/A engine cover

I also have a freshly rebuilt supercharged motor(w/o a tranny)

-1 1988 supercharged 1.6 liter motor with about 88k on it (with the harness, ecu,intercooler etc) Fully rebuilt and ready to go in. Ported and polished head etc.
Over $1700 into the motor alone! (Have pics and receipts of work. And will include the cherry picker I use for it)

$3500 for the car without the SC motor/ecu/harness/wheels

Again THIS IS A STREET LEGAL TRACK CAR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR USE AS A DAILY DRIVER. It runs great and handles better. If you get the supercharged motor put in…this car will be even more of a blast to drive!
