1985 MR2 for sale-needs transmission

1985 Toyota MR2, power windows, locks, brakes, cruise, air, cloth seats, sunroof and 5-speed. It pops out of 5th gear as well as 4th gear, I have been going to replace the transmission for 5 years now and it doesn't seem that I will get to it. It has some rust at the front and rear of the rear wheel wells, and on the front spoiler. The rear spoiler is cracked and needs repair, but it is all there.

It ran perfectly the last time I started it, which was about 4 years ago and everything works other than the transmission, so it must be towed, it can not be driven. Photos are at:

I am just north of Eau Claire, about 285 miles from where you are.
