Mk1 Rags to Riches
I picked up a 1986 MR2 from a guy who has owned is since '87 and taken good care of it. It's a little rough around the edges, but it has NO rust (not even on fasteners) and a heart of gold. Every receipt going back to the early 90's. New Toyota-installed engine a couple of years ago, with <50k on it. Price paid: $1000.
It's gonna be old-school goodness. ![]() |

Please post some before and after pics. I wish I would have kept the S/C that I had as my plans were similar to yours.

They're 15x7 30mm offset, and they weight about 14.4lbs, which is about half a pound less than the triangles, which are 14x5.5 and weight about 15lbs.
There are definitely lighter wheels out there, but these were reasonably light and pimp. 500 shipped from ebay. |

how come my TRD (Eibach) don't make my car look that tractor-like?
maybe it's the angle...looks like the photographer is really low to the ground and 'looking' upward. i think maybe detailing the undercarriage may help. |
