it's almost easier to get an aftermarket lip!
i've managed to repair the polyurethane on mine, but i may have to give-in and get a replacement! |

New ones are still available from Toyota, in case you're interested. I forget the price, but if you shoot me an email or ask me in my vendor forum I'd be happy to price it out for you.

man, whatever you get from the dealer, know this: you will get ripped off.
By the way, have you try going to the junkyards? you never know what you can come across |

Realistically, though, wouldn't you expect brand new parts to cost more than they would after spending twenty years on the road and then ending up half-busted in a wrecking yard? Even at wholesale, new parts cost more than used ones, and Toyota parts cost more than aftermarket. They should cost more; the quality is higher. Sometimes cheap is just cheap. hahaha...
![]() Seriously.. I have heard that the ones left in stock from the dealers from there warehouse are 'warped'. And, I heard they only had a few left a few years ago.. so something must have changed/must have found more. Good luck. |

Those prices are not current, even for the habitually out-of-date online vendors like the one listed above. I'm guessing you must have lifted them straight off of someone elses' post. There are also some other parts that go along with the new part numbers. I have everything listed below.
76851-17901 - 112.31 - Spoiler, RH 76852-17901 - 117.90 - Spoiler, LH 76857-17010 - 13.00 - Retainer, RH 76858-17010 - 13.00 - Retainer, LH 76877-17010 - 4.73 - Protector (rubber edge trim) - 2 req'd Be really careful with online sites like that. Their prices are often out of date and they will usually stab you on shipping charges to make up for artificially low parts prices. Plus if you're looking up your own parts, you may or may not get the right parts, or may not get all the parts you need to do the job. That's one reason we do not have an online EPC; I like to double-check things so that the customer and I both know and agree on what they need to do the job, plus while we are placing the order I can check availability and give an ETA, which online order sites can't do. And we only charge actual shipping costs, not made-up arbitrary percentages. On an order like the one above you may pay $15-20 more in shipping than it really costs through some online dealerships. I checked availability on all this stuff and I can have it here in one business day. Toyota's pretty good to us. |
