broken 4age...what to do?

Finally managed to find the time to get the motor out of my car. Have definitely found the source of my headaches. The number 2 piston is missing a 3/16" piece of the face. Uppermost ring landing broke off on one side. Will be taking the motor the rest of the way apart tomorrow. Got to price out machine work/parts, and compare to the cost of a 20v or a 4agze. Any suggestions? Anyone have a line on good deals on rebuild or complete gasket sets? I work at NAPA and can probably get pretty decent pricing, but I have also found in the past that stuff like this could well be cheaper on-line.

Make it easy on yourself, get a used JDM 4AGE or do a swap
