Adjusting Idle

So I just had a shop install a new clutch and lightweight flywheel on my 89 NA, but they didn't adjust the idle for me. It's sitting around 2000 rpms at idle right now; can I just adjust the idle from loosing the throttle cable, or are there more adjustments I need to make?

idle screw is located on the throttle body underneath a black plastic plug. it's a flat blade screw. all you have to do is disconnect the cooling fans and you can adjust the idle. Complete directions available in any repair manual.
