I need a stand alone system

I need a stand alone engine management system. Megasquirt is the only one I have heard anything about. Is this a good one,,,only one,,best bang for the buck? What are your thoughts?

AEM is good (but i know that is expensive though) or you can try AUTOTRONIC (im not sure if i spell it correctly)

Let me rephrase my answer. I'm sure you can find an answer on mr2board, and i'm sure there are plenty of people here that can answer your question. You also might want to check out emspowered.com .
