89 MR2 S/C - Cold Air Intake?

Hi all, been searching around for a cold air intake for my MR2...looks like K&N has one but it won't work on the S/C model and the only other one I could find that is supposed to work on the S/C is from HKS...this one here:

http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=3190&rsku=6265

Anyone have any other suggestions?

i have the hks kit for my aw16 it works great. plus its a bolt in kit and bolts on the stock mounts, comes with everything you need so you dont gota bend your own piping or anything. all you need for install is a 10mm wrench

Yea I second the HKS intake, have one on my 88 SC and its makes a world of difference. I would recommend, that you keep the stock piping to the outside though, it needs to get air from somewhere.

cold air intake

Any thoughts on drilling multiple 3/8" o holes in the stock air box and installing a K&N high flow air cleaner? I did this, i cant tell you if it made more HP, it felt like it...but then again the mind is a powerful thing.
