Power to manual window crank?

Hey guy's, I would like to know if i can just take the manual window crank parts out of my 86 parts car and swap them into my 88 power window door?
I would rather just swap the parts than have to swap the whole door and have to paint it. Any help would be appreciated.

pretty sure my body man did it when the pass side got hit, we had to find an 89 donor car to supply entire side, and if i remember correctly it was set up for power, however that was many years ago and i could be very wrong! i would just peep behind the door panel and see if all the mounting is there, or head to the salvage and look at theirs!
