89 MR2 window motor plastic gear

Can somebody help me find a new/used white plastic gear that goes on the window motor/regulator? Toyota only sells it as a $300.00+ unit that is back ordered till who knows when. My gear has a tooth broken off of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
