Idle flux and electrical problem...
Sorry to post two threads in one day guys but I can assure you I have a plethra of more problems.
Ok so my timing is on, and the idle is about 1100...im not really complaning, its got 190k on it probably nothing major. However, if I drive the car on the road for 5-10 minutes on the highway my idle shoots up to 3500. Sometimes turning off the car helps othertimes it doesnt. Anyone know why this is happening? Second. The engine cooling fan will not turn off with the car, it just keeps running. When i turn the ket to the accesory possition the fan cuts off and with a hole in the muffler i cant hear if its running or not with the engine on. Please help. Again thanks in advance! |

ok, first point i wouldnt have a clue. second, the fan not turning off would be your thermo fan switch not being connected, its no big deal. i dont have mine connected so it runs all the time and it doesnt give me any issues.
